Our agreements with Meliá Hotels International place our Resorts in the hands of some of the most experienced hoteliers in the world, which gives you peace of mind throughout your investment.

Our current operational portfolio is mainly managed by Meliá Hotels International. With a portfolio of over 370 hotels in 43 countries and 4 continents employing 35,000 people, their online network receives over 4.5 million visits per month, generating an annual turnover of over €1 billion.
They operate a diverse range of seven hotel and resort brands throughout the world. Meliá is the largest brand within the portfolio with more than 100 hotels worldwide.

A natural extension of Deutsche Hospitality’s existing African operations, this move to Boa Vista will see a new luxury hotel for the archipelago under the 5-star Steigenberger Hotels brand. The development will be situated on the stunning Santa Monica Beach, considered to be the most attractive stretch of coastline on the island.
Established in 1930 by Albert Steigenberger, Deutsche Hospitality has enjoyed incredible success since his first hotel acquisition in Baden-Baden, Germany. Today, their headquarters in Frankfurt is the epicentre of a €500 million operation that includes 116 hotels in 12 countries on 3 continents.
As part of our ongoing growth we are in continuous contact with other hoteliers with regards the operation of our pipeline resorts and have letters of intent with several leading hotel brands.
An important factor for our ongoing success from a hospitality and development perspective is the touristic footfall into Cape Verde and specifically into our operational Hotels and Resorts.
This process is globally managed alongside our Hotel Operator partner, and is also reliant upon a close working relationship and establishing strong commercial agreements with Tour Operators.
